This Fall we launched a new and improved tailgate at our new Union South for all of the football games held at Camp Randall Stadium on the campus of the University.  Union South always hosts the team that we are playing as well as providing lots of food and entertainment for families as well.  Wisconsin has had a good year sports-wise even in these poor economic times. If you are interested, the following link will show you what all of the activities are.

Jill Schmitz has been hired as the new conference manager of campus event services office at the Wisconsin Union.  We are all very excited and happy she accepted the position.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison also has a new chancellor, David Ward.  There will be lots of reorganization in the University system as a whole as we struggle with new directions we will need to take to adjust to our economic climate.  Lots of opportunities to look outside the box for revenue sources we may have not considered in the past.

Below is a photo montage of one our distinguished clients here in Gruenhagen Conference Center on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Campus.  The Seoul English Education Center (SEEC) USA program brings youth from Seoul, South Korea to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus.  We are privileged to provide lodging and meeting space, on campus dining, and access to other campus resources.

At the same time, these students study in private, religiously affiliated middle schools and high schools in the City of Oshkosh.  Gruenhagen Conference Center has been privileged to serve SEEC, USA for the past five years!
